JB Architecture is an architecture studio pursuing residential and small scale commercial projects in Austin, Texas.

We engage each project with an open and collaborative attitude and are not beholden to one design aesthetic or process. We develop ideas based on site conditions, program requirements and client input. We recognize project constraints as opportunities for inventive problem solving, and realize our designs through a continuous response to multiple inputs throughout the project. 

Before founding JBA in 2020, Jonathan was an associate at Lemmo Architecture and Design, an award winning architecture firm in Austin, Texas, where he worked on a range of projects from public art installations to residential and commercial ground up construction.

Jonathan holds a Masters in Architecture from California College of the Arts and an undergraduate degree from George Washington University.
